Orders shipping to the West Coast arrive within 3-5 days
Orders shipping to the Midwest arrive within 5-7 days
Orders shipping to the east coast arrive within 7-12 days
For rush delivery we ship DHL 3-day only.
24-48 hours processing still applies whether the order ships USPS or rush.

Yes, all shipments are insured for full value for maximum protection for us and you.
What is your return policy?
Merchandise Return
Our merchandise is backed by a 45-day risk free guarantee. Simply email Customer Support within 45 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns must also be returned within 45 days of purchase. For defective merchandise we will send out a prepaid label to the customer and they will need to call UPS to pick up the merchandis or bring the merchandise in themselves to their nearest UPS store. The prepaid labels are sent vis United States Postal Service and can take up to ten days to arrive at the customer's location. For non-defective merchandise the customer will have to pay shipping to return the merchandise. Please not that it is the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to get box dimensions and send the package back within the guaranteed time. If the item arrives after the 45-day guarantee we cannot issue a credit or exchange. No EXCEPTIONS.

Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement.
CONDITIONS:
Non-Defective merchandis must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
- Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Unique Decor Ceiling to Floor.
- Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
- Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings of be otherwise defaced or damaged.
- If the return is older than 45 days we CANNOT authorize a return under any circumstances, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Please note: We do not accept refused shipments under any circumstances.
- Shipping and handling costs are NOT refunded on damaged or non-damaged merchandise, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of the return will be charged.
ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair of replacement.

For returning merchandise under warranty you will want to return the merchandise to the warranty address printed on the box.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our customersupport@uniquedecorceilingtofloor.com withing 45 days of the date of shipment of your order, and you claim will be processed immediately.
